Federal Gazette – Effective Date for Companies (Amendments) Act 2024
Further to our announcement released on (28 February 2024) relating to the date for the coming into operation of the Companies (Amendments) Act 2024 (the Act), the Federal Government had on 27 March 2024 gazetted the date of coming into operation of the Act is on 1 April 2024 except for amendment of section 68, substitution of section 395, amendment of section 576, and new section 612A respectively will be enforced on a date to be announced.
