Federal Legislation – Companies (Amendment) Act 2024
Further to our announcement released on (5 February 2024) relating to the Companies (Amendment) Act 2024 (Act) that received the Royal Assent on 24 January 2024 and the gazette was published on 2 February 2024. The Act will come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette and the Minister may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of different provisions of the Act.
