LHDNM Announcements - 2 March 2023

Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDNM) had on 1 March 2023 issued the following announcements:

Real Property Gain Tax Return Form for Year Assessment 2023

LHDNM issued a Media Release stating that the Return Form for Real Property Gain Tax (RPGT Return Form) for the year assessment 2023 can be downloaded from the HASiL official website https://www.hasil.gov.my/ > Forms > Download Forms > Download Form – RPGT/ CKHT or from direct link at https://www.hasil.gov.my/borang/muat-turun-borang/muat-turun-borang-ckht

Taxpayers are encouraged to submit the RPGT Return Form electronically to support the HASiL's efforts to digitalise services offered to taxpayers starting from 2023 through e-CKHT which can be accessed as follows:

i.	Log on to MyTax Portal https://mytax.hasil.gov.my using the Identification Number and password. If there is no Tax Identification Number (TIN), the application can be submitted through the e-Daftar service at MyTax.
ii.	Select e-CKHT in the ezHasil service menu.
iii.	Fill up the required information in RPGT Return Form.

Alleged Data Leakage of Taxpayers

LHDNM issued a Media Release stating that all taxpayer’s data on its website is safe and their data on LHDNM’s servers i.e. MyTax Portal was protected by a certified security system.
