Puan Wan Haslinda is the Honorary Treasurer of MAICSA and was appointed to the position in July 2023.

She was first elected to the MAICSA Council in June 2018 and was re-elected as a Council member in October 2020 and July 2022. She is currently Chairman of the Training and Professional Development Committee. She is also Deputy Chairman of the Conference Organising Committee 2022/2023 and the Constitution Task Force.

A Chartered Secretary by profession, she has vast experience in company secretarial practice, and corporate advisory services. Currently, she is the Managing Director of MegaWan Corporate Sdn Bhd and also served as the Group’s Joint Company Secretary for both private and public listed Companies incorporated under the Companies Act 2016.

She started her career in January 1999 as an Assistant Company Secretary in Mega Management. Subsequently, she became a partner and continues to practice as Joint Company Secretary of the firm and its Group then known as MEGA GROUP.

In 2003 when the Group was re-branded as MEGA-WAN, she was appointed as its Group Managing Director and later became a Senior Principal Partner of the firm. She had her early education in Convent School, Klang, and pursued a professional degree course in ICSA (now known as CGI qualification) examinations in the Institute Professional Baitulmal.

She is currently a Fellow of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA).

She is a life member of the Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance (MICG), a member of Malaysian Alliance of Corporate Directors, LeadWomen Sdn Bhd, Industry Advisory Panel for Faculty of Business and Information Science, UCSI University Kuala Lumpur, Industry Evaluator for Bachelor of Corporate Administration Program in University Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) and a regular speaker for MAICSA.
