Puan Intan Nabilaa Idrus is a member of the Council, having been co-opted by the Council in July 2024.

She currently serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Young Company Secretaries Working Group.

Presently, Intan Nabilaa is a Partner at Ezzah Elia & Associates and has been an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since 2014.

She possesses extensive experience in legal services, company secretarial services, regulatory and statutory compliance, directors' duties, corporate governance, and the establishment of business entities in Malaysia.

To further enhance her contributions to the field of corporate governance, she attended and participated in the Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO) programme organised by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Academy from 14 June 2022 to 7 July 2022. She completed the course and graduated in November 2023, earning the prestigious CeIO title.

She won the MAICSA Young Company Secretary Award in 2023 and also received international recognition with the Global Rising Corporate Secretary Award 2024 from the Corporate Secretaries International Association Limited (CSIA).

She is currently a Fellow and Chartered Governance Professional of MAICSA, a member of the Bar Council Malaysia, and an Ordinary Member of Transparency International Malaysia (TI-M).
