Dalvin Kaur was co-opted to the Council on 9 December 2025, and is presently a member of the Investment Committee and National Disciplinary.

With a distinguished legal career spanning 28 years in the legal sector, Dalvin Kaur is currently serving as the Group Head of Legal for Global Banking, Group Corporate & Legal Services, as well as the Regional Head of Legal for Maybank Investment Banking Group since 2013 spanning over 10 countries, providing enterprise level legal leadership and is a trusted legal adviser to senior management. Dalvin also has 14 years of working experience in London with prestigious global law firms, Allen & Overy and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, as well as Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, where she served as Director of Legal in Structured Credit Markets and Structured Finance.

Dalvin has garnered multiple accolades, including recognition in the Southeast Asia Legal 500 GC Powerlist 2024 and 2025, and the Inaugural Malaysia Legal 500 GC Powerlist 2023 as well as the ALB SEA In-House Lawyer of the Year in 2015. She has maintained a consistent presence in the ALB Malaysia Financial Services In-House Team of the Year awards from 2015 through 2025. She is recognised regionally as a thought leader in the legal and general counsel space for insights emerging legal risks, ESG and complex regulatory challenges.

Dalvin holds a Masters of Law (LLM) (Banking and Finance), and Bachelor of Laws (Hons), both from King’s College, London. She holds a Certificate of Legal Practice (non-practising Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and the Law Society of England & Wales), Fellow of ICSA (Chartered Governance Institute - (CGI)) and holds the Maybank Sustainability Practitioner Certification (Red Belt).

She is a Fellow and Chartered Governance Professional of MAICSA, an Affiliate member of Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia and an EXCO member of The Inns of Court Malaysia.
