MAICSA – Best Practice on Certification and Sighted Original of Documents By A Company Secretary (REVOKED)
The Institute has developed best practice for members on Certification and Sighted Original of Document by a Company Secretary. The best practice has been formulated with the objective of providing guidance to members on the different between certification and sighted original and to facilitate members when faced with ambiguity with regard to certification of documents.
