ROS - Transition To eROSES System Version 2.0

On 12 March 2025, the Registry of Societies (ROS) issued a notice stating that the eROSES System will be completely shut down, including Information searches at Jabatan Pendaftaran Pertubuhan Malaysia (JPPM)’s office counters, starting from 28 March 2025, at 11:00 pm, and will resume operations on 14 April 2025, at 8:00 am to facilitate the transition from the existing system to eROSES Version 2.0.

The transition aims to enhance system efficiency and user experience in organisation management. Therefore, users are advised to complete any necessary transactions in the current system before the shutdown date.
