LHDNM - Foreign Taxpayer Branch
On 17 January 2025, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDNM) issued a media release stating that the Foreign Taxpayer Branch (CPCA) has been established and commenced operations at Block 8, Kompleks Kerajaan Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim (KKJTAH), Kuala Lumpur, effective 1 January 2025.
The CPCA will assume the tax functions related to foreign taxpayer files, non-residents, and withholding tax from the LHDNM offices in Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Selangor.
