Customs - Guide on Hire Passenger Vehicles Services
On 14 June 2024, the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (Customs) issued Guide on Hire Passenger Vehicles Services which superseded the Guide on Hire Passenger Vehicles Services issued on 21 August 2018, aimed to improve the understanding of service tax treatment on hire passenger vehicles services.
