SC and Bursa – Joint Statement
On 26 February 2024, the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and Bursa Malaysia Berhad (Bursa) issued a joint statement stating that SC and Bursa have jointly committed to an expedited three-month approval period for initial public offerings (IPO) for both Main Market and the ACE Market.
