SSM - Extension of Time for Bulk Submission of Financial Statements to 7 August 2023

Reference is made to our Announcement released on 24 July 2023 relating to the Bulk Submission of financial statements to SSM.

The Counter Service Management Unit of Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) had on 24 July 2023 issued another Notice stating that the ‘Bulk Submission’ counters of SSM have now been extended from 31 July 2023 to 7 August 2023 to facilitate the bulk submission of the financial statements, with the 7-day grace period accorded under the PD1/2017.
