ROS - Constitution

On 1 June 2023, the Registry of Societies (ROS) issued a Notice stating that, pursuant to Section 3A of the Societies Act 1966, the ROS had made the following directives which take effect from 1 June 2023:

mandatory for organisations to adopt the constitution template in the Malay language version provided by the ROS; and
any organisation can only apply to the ROS to amend or adopt its own constitution after registration is approved.
