The Customs (Customs Ruling) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 [P.U. (A) 76] had been amended by amending Regulations 2, 3, and 7, and deletion of Schedules A, B, and C. The Regulations came into operation on 1 January 2023. Please click here for the Regulations. |

Excise (Customs Ruling) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 |
