SSM - Waiver of Late Penalty Fee for MyCoid Submission
On 11 December 2022, Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)) issued a notice stating that the penalty imposed for late submission of all services under the MyCoID system from 3 December until 31 December 2022 will be waived. The waiver moratorium is granted to enable the submission under the MyCoID system to be done in stages during the system instability until the system is fully stabilised.
The public is required to submit the Refund Form with the relevant supporting documents to refund@ssm.com.my to apply for a refund if any of the transactions have been charged with a late penalty fee within the above specified period.
