SC - Revised Guidelines on Recognised Markets

On 16 November 2022, the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) issued a media release stating that the Guidelines on Recognised Markets (RMO Guidelines) have been updated. The RMO Guidelines follow the digital-related initiatives announced on 31 October 2022, which include the opening of applications for the registration of new digital platforms - ECF, P2P, and Digital Asset Exchange operators.
