SSM - Revised Guidelines Relating to Practising Certificates for Secretaries Under Section 241 of The Companies Act 2016
On 3 August 2022, Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) issued revised Guidelines Relating to Practising Certificate (PC) for Secretaries Under Section 241 of The Companies Act 2016 (Guidelines) by substituting for paragraph 4(d)(vi) Sabah Law Association the following:
Paragraph 4(d)(vi) Sabah Law Society.
These revised Guidelines replaced the Guidelines issued on 14 March 2019 and took effect from 1 August 2022.
