Customs - Duties & Excise Order 2022
The Royal Malaysian Customs Department (Customs) published the following in relation to Customs Duties Order (CDO) and Excise Duties Order:
| a) | Correlation of tariff codes in the CDO 2017 and CDO 2022; |
| b) | Correlation of tariff codes in the CDO 2022 and CDO 2017; |
| c) | CDO 2022 Corrigendum (P.U. (A) 162) was gazetted on 23 May 2022 to rectify a few errors in the CDO 2022 (P.U. (A) 114) published on 15 April 2022; and |
| d) | Excise Duties Order 2022 (P.U. (A) 163) which came into force on 1 June 2022. The Excise Duties Order 2017 (P.U. (A) 92/2017) will be revoked. |
