INTRODUCTION

In this age of globalisation and cross-borders business opportunties, it is important that MAICSA members are provided with a worldwide platform to interact with contemporary global professionals, establish strong alliances and discover possible business ventures. The Professional Exchange Programme (PEP) is inspired by our members and conceptualised to fulfil the above mentioned needs.

PEP is an official study tour cum visit that will be organised by MAICSA for its members to visit regulators, company registrars, trading houses, etc, worldwide. In this vein, the PEP itself is borderless and will go to wherever destination of value where members can gain in knowledge, experience and business opportunities.

MISSION

The purpose of PEP is to bring its members to destination of value on an educational expedition to learn from related industries and regulators and to establish personal and official alliances.

Tour Fees

RM3,000.00 per person for twin sharing, additional RM800 for single occupancy (All prices are subject to change in the event of the airfare adjustment). Cheque should be made payable to ‘MAICSA’

Fees include

Return economy airfare, hotel accommodation based on twin sharing/single occupancy, airport tax, travel insurance, Hong Kong security taxes, tour, visitation to regulatory bodies and transportation as proposed in the itinerary, visa application to China and local tour guide.

Fees exclude
1.

Personal incidentals such as room service, laundry, telephone, mini bar, etc.

2.

Any tours which is not included in the itinerary

3.

Malaysia Airlines excess baggage (limited only at 20kg per person)

4.

Lunch, dinner and tour manager

Registration Deadline
Before 22 August 2008 - Registration
1 August 2008 - Confirmation and payment of RM1,000.00 non-refundable deposit.
1 September 2008 - Full payment of package fee (non-refundable)
Notes
1.

Applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis upon receipt of payment

2.

Any amendments of name after issuing of tickets are allowed however a fee of RM250 is charged for paper documentation

3.

No refund for unutilized tickets

4.

Terms & Conditions:
Participation is on a first-come-first-served basis. All registrations MUST be accompanied with the full payment. There is no refund on cancellation. If the participant fails to attend a programme, the registration fee will not be refunded nor allocation to substitute participant. MAICSA reserves the rights to make amendments to the programme without prior notice and to cancel or postpone the programme if the minimum number of participants is not met. This registration form serves as our official invoice. However if your organization requires an official invoice, please contact MAICSA Training Division.
