 The
Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)
has on 7 October 2011, issued Practice Note No. 10 (PN 10/2011) "Lodgement of
Annual Return (AR) Where Annual General Meeting (AGM) Cannot Be Convened",
which lays down the requirements for the lodgement of the AR where an AGM cannot
be convened due to the lack of quorum. .
