The syllabus for the subject of Corporate Secretaryship in the ICSA
International Qualifying Scheme (Professional Part II Programme) has been
revised to include a new topic on "Deregistration and Liquidation". Students are
advised that this new topic will be examined with effect from the December 2011
examination.
