Students will be expected to answer in accordance with Malaysian law, regulations, standards and practice for the following subjects in the Professional Programme:-

• Taxation
• Financial Accounting
• Corporate Governance
• Corporate Administration
• Corporate Secretaryship

For Financial Accounting, please note that the regulations issued by the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board (MASB) should be applied.
