Students may access and complete the ONLINE Examination Entry Form
for the December 2011 examination available on the MAICSA Interactive. You will still need to print out and submit the hardcopies of the
form, together with payment, to the Secretariat.
Alternatively, you may download a copy of the offline Examination Entry Form for completion and submission together with payment to the Secretariat. Photocopies of the form are acceptable.
The closing date of submission of exam entry is on 20 September 2011. Late
entries received after seven (7) days from the closing date will not, under any
circumstances be accepted. |
