SSM Penang Office is Back in Operation |
On 20 January 2021, SSM issued a notice stating that the SSM Pulau Pinang State office will resume operations on 21 January 2021.

SSM Office Operations Following the Implementation of MCO |
Further to our announcements released on 14 January 2021 and 18 January 2021 relating to the SSM service counter operations for express filing application and submission of statutory documents through dropbox during the Movement Control Order (MCO) 2.0, SSM had on 20 January 2021 issued a notice stating that, SSM's service operations at all state offices and branches under MCO, except for Sarawak, will be limited as follows:

Submission of financial statements or annual returns and reports through a drive-through (dropbox) or post. Payment method only by management company cheque/bank draft/money order/ postal order. |
Express filing of company statutory documents with cashless payment method such as bank draft/money order/postal order. |
