Federal Court - Criminal Case Proceedings in Court during the MCO and SOPs

On 20 January 2021, the Federal Court of Malaysia issued a press release with instructions on the handling of criminal case proceedings in court during the Movement Control Order 2.0 period (MCO) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), for court users. This is to ensure that the criminal justice system is not affected and continues during the duration of the implementation of MCO throughout the nation except for Sarawak.
