Reduction in Mandatory CPD Hours
As part of our efforts to assist members in these difficult times of Covid-19, the MAICSA Council has agreed to revise the Mandatory CPD Guidelines for the CPD Year 2020, as follows:

For members who are in CSP but are not SSM Practising Certificate Holders, a reduction of 50% in their Mandatory CPD Hours for 2020 (ie from 20 to 10 CPD Hours) |
| b) |
For members who are not in CSP, a complete waiver of their Mandatory CPD Hours (4 CPD Hours) |
Members who are SSM Practising Certificate Holders are subject to and required to comply with SSM's CPD Guidelines. SSM has given Practising Certificate Holders an extension of time to complete their CPD Hours, but no reduction in the number of CPD Hours.
The MAICSA Council has also agreed to allow all members who have accumulated their CPD Hours during the CPD Year 2020 to carry forward any excess CPD Hours to 2021.
