MAICSA Northern Region organised an evening forum on “Practical Issues Arising from Amendments to S132, S132E & S145A of the Companies Act 1965” at Traders Hotel, Penang on 29 April 2008. The forum facilitated by Dr Cheah Foo Seong FCIS was well attended by 19 participants.

The objectives of the CSP forum were to stimulate discussion, encourage intellectual dialogue and public debate on recent developments relating to the profession of the company secretary.
