MAICSA Northern Region organised a full day seminar on “Mastering Meeting and Minutes Writing, and Producing High Quality Board Papers” at Traders Hotel, Penang on 3 March 2008. The seminar conducted by Leong Oi Wah FCIS, director of Corporate Development in Epsilon Advisory Services Sdn Bhd, was well attended by 34 participants.

The objectives of this seminar were to provide practical know-how and incorporate good practices in ensuring that the information and reports in the Board papers are comprehensive enough to allow the directors to make an informed decision.
