Members may access and complete the ONLINE checklist for application for Practising Certificate available on the MAICSA Interactive. You will still need to print out and submit the hardcopies of the form, to the
Secretariat.
Alternatively, you may download a copy of the offline checklist for completion and submission to the
Secretariat. Photocopies of the form are acceptable.
