 We
are pleased to announce that MAICSA and London South Bank University (LSBU)
have entered into a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) for LSBU to offer a fast
track route to the MSc Corporate Governance for MAICSA members and graduates.
 The
MSc in Corporate Governance will develop knowledge and skills that will
appropriately reflect practitioners and researchers perspective on corporate
governance. The course links academic theory with professional practice and is
therefore very suitable for MAICSA members and graduates to enhance their
skills and knowledge in this area and in their employment prospects.
MAICSA members and graduates are required to complete only two modules,
Corporate Governance Theories & Issues and Research Methods &
Methodology plus the dissertation to obtain the MSc Corporate Governance. The
two modules will be units delivered through seminars conducted in Kuala Lumpur
by LSBU lecturers, and London-based dissertation facilitators will
electronically facilitate the dissertation.
The duration of the course is 18 months and places are available for the December 2008
intake. The course fees is Pd Sterling 3,000.
Students will be awarded 36 CPE points by MAICSA for each completed module.
