Position: Corporate Secretarial Assistant

Requirements/Job Description:

• CGI (ICSA) qualification with at least 3 years of working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and committed with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Good working knowledge in company secretarial practices, Companies Act 2016 and other relevant regulations
• Secretarial software literate and work independently (minimum supervision)
• Detailed and proactively committed to deadlines, preparing and arranging for lodgment of statutory documents, ensuring proper maintenance and updating of statutory books, registers and secretarial records, drafting and preparing resolutions, minutes of meetings and other relevant secretarial documents
• Effective communication and correspondence with external stakeholders i.e. Auditors, Tax Agent, Authorities etc
• Undertaking and preparing advisory assignments i.e. research, as required from time to time
• Keen interest to pursue a career in company secretarial and governance and having a good learning attitude are encouraged to apply
